If dog earns income because of its personal ability.
Can it be treated as an assessee?

What will dog do with that income. Income is always in the hand of master of dog and not in the hand of dog.
Dog can not be assessee. Refer Section 2(7) for definition of Assessee. The word used is every person.

What about name, Father's name, Birth Certificate for DOB and many other fields?
