02 February 2012 1)does reinbusement of medical expenses by employer is a perquisites
2)while computing inc from sal do we should consider the perquisites(furnished+unfurnished)

I'm attempting for may2012ipcc bt i hve registered in jan2011 I'm having old syllabus so if in case I 'm nt aware of some of the ammended section n I solved the question as per old then will I get marks or not?

03 February 2012 1. Medical expenses reimbursed by the employer to the employee is exempted up to Rs.15000 per annum. if exceeds Rs.15000 then balance is taxable in the hands of employee

2.If provided house is furnished then need to calculate furnished value also

3.Mark will get only the solutions with applicable latest amendments. such as prescribed assessment year related to the exams
