Pension from abroad to indian resident

14 August 2016 Dear Sir/Madam

Can you clarify us the following, whether it has to be taxed in India or not??
The resident of India is getting pension from Germany. But it is not taxed in Germany. What is position in India.??

15 August 2016 since the person is "resident and ordinarily resident" in India as per indian Income Tax Act, the said pension is taxable in India
