30 May 2020 My son is suffering from Thallasemia disease which is covered under disability act. I am getting pension from government which is given to disabled persons. In which head, this pension amount should show and is it taxable?

30 May 2020 Income from salary.
Ps:- Certain disability pension is exempt from tax. Please check your case falls with in that.

01 June 2020 Have to see www.incometax india.gov.in notifications/circulars. For example, if pension is from defense, CBDT Circular 13/2019 dated 24-06-2019.
