05 January 2011 Please help on following case,
We filed our assessee return (Female case) but due to her marriage & not having income details after marriage some of income of our assessee was not mention in to her Income Tax return .
whether penalty u/s 271 1 c levied or we can relieve from such penalty pleass help us its urgent
