What is the penalty for non-filing or late filing of form 32 for a private limited company ? I heard the penalty amount has increased ?

Please tell the penalty amount or please tell the link for further reference of penalty fees.

24 February 2012 i) Upto 30 days -- 2 times of normal filing
fee.
ii) > 30 & upto 60 days -- 4 times of normal
filing fee.

iii) > 60 & upto 90 days -- 6 times of normal
filing fee.
iv) > 90 days -- 9 times of normal
filing fee.

Can you please tell me the IT return format for an stpi unit. Which is shifted from one location to another location during the financial yr. I have a doubt in that can we have to provide seperate return for each location.. Please guide me.
