03 September 2010 can any body told me the how can easily setup the law case stdy & section in mind for prepartion the exms

Strategy/technique to prepare Section in Company Law:

1. First read the Section from Bare Act as bare act contain the pure law passed by legislature/Parliament.

2. Then read the same section from your law book with full concentration. You may refer book of Munish Bhandari for CA IPCC/PCC and CA Final.

3. Now it is the turn of your coaching notes. Read them thoroughly. Analyse all the situations discussed in the class.

4. Now read all the previous exam problems based on that particular section from book. Use scanner with ICAI suggested answer to prepare previous exam problems. Try and understand the application of section in practical problem.

If you follow the above 4 points carefully and honestly then you may consider your section finished for life. Believe me and try this method.

03 September 2010 For better grip on case laws observe the points below:

1. Give them a sound reading with full focus.

2. Try and understand the case and its contents like intention of parties along with the details and nature of their dispute.

3. Understand the decision given by judge keeping in view the provisions of law and prevailing circumstances.

4. Discuss case laws with your friends for better understanding and grip

5. Prepare a list of case laws which you consider tuff or imp for exam. Prepare a handout yourself covering imp details and give them a reading on regularly basis with a time gap of 2-3 days.

6. Prepare a list of frequently asked case laws asked in the previous examinations and practice/revise them properly.

27 December 2010 when we paid Rs. 100000 in cash
and paid the sum of Rs. 100000 in part payment in cash are represent at one bill at different dates. You told me whole amount of Rs. 100000 are not attracted.
