Hi
If employee undertakes a part time course and employer reimburses part of the education fees to employee, will this be taxable as perquisite in the hands of the employee or can it be claimed by company as expense for training its employees ?

to the extent it is actually paid is not taxable any excess payment to employee is taaxbel...
