A Joint Venture Company called A prepares monthly payroll & forward to JV partners to Pay. (cash & Bank)
JV Partners are Company B & C
Company B transfers directly Bank Salary
Company B Issues Cash Salary to Company A to distribute
Company A will disburse As & When required
Company B will Raise debit note to company A for full salary (cash & Bank) after 30-40 days
I need journal entry in books of accounts of company A for 1)full Payroll 2) Cash Receipt 3) Debit Note

Where the actual employees are employed. only preparation of payroll doesnot required any entry

if employee of join vemture then make entry in JV and
status of fund in JV
if Jv partner are giving fund
pls check in what a/c they giving fund
as share application money or as advances
as share application then issue capital and
if as advance then maintain current a/c of JV partners
