sir,
we have a large amount of cenvat credit of raw material
our problem is
can we use this credit against payment of service tax ? which is provide by our company related our product.

Cenvat credit arising from inputs used for manufacture, can be utilised for payment of service tax. But question may arise if the factory premises and premises registered under service tax are different.
