01 March 2011 Is there any changes in budget 2011 for payment of service tax on quarterly basis on billing ? . If yes,then from when these changes are applicable .

01 March 2011 Note one important change. Till now the liability to deposit service tax was linked to receipt of payment. In the ccurrent budget this provision is being changed. The liability to pay service will arise now as soon as you provide service or raise the invoice. However we are waiting for claification in this regard.
