while paying exam fee online only some banks net banking or Debit card are acceptable and what abt the people those who are having account in another banks.

people those who are having account in another banks will have to pay by draft
you can make payment online only from the banks & cards listed there...
however you can manage making payment online through ur friends or relatives having accounts/cards of those banks.
