Subject: Application for stamping of share certificates issued to Subscriber of Memorandum of Association of the Company.

As per your requirements in regard to payment of stamp duty payable at the time of issuing share certificates of the Company for subscriptions/allotments done. We are here by informing you that the Company M/s. .......PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated on 19.09.2012, bearing CIN No. U74140....., registered office at Flat No. 733, ....... has issued share certificates to subscribers of Memorandum of Association of the Company, dated 28th day of November, 2012 properly signed and under the common seal of the Company.

So, you are hereby requested to raise the demand of consolidated stamp duty on the above mentioned subscription and do the needful.

Procedure:

Stage-1 Application to SDM (Concerned Registered Office of the Company)
Stage-2 Application forwarded by SDM to Finance Secretary
Stage-3 Finance Secretary Send Note to the Governor of the state
Stage-4 After due approval Finance secretary issue an approval to SDM
Stage-5 SDM issue challan on the basis of approval
Stage-6 Amount of stamp duty deposited in bank
Stage-7 A certificate of payment of duty issued by the SDM
