Who are the eligible employees for payment of Bonus.
As per my knowledge, employees drawing salary upto Rs.10000/- are eligible to get bonus, i.e., it is on company discreton to pay bonus to employees drawing above Rs.10000/-.
Is it true.

yes minimum bonus as per act is only for employees whose salary is below the prescribed limit - for other its discretionary...
