Payment for DPIN

Hi friends,
This is relating to the DPIN payment.
On applying DPIN, we are supposed to make the payment of Rs. 100/- But there are only two payment options that is
a. ICICI Bank Net banking facility
b. ICICI Credit card payment facility
If an applicant doesnot have both the facilities, how should he make the payment?
Is there any process like obtaining the challan from the website and making the payment manually?

In the third step of the payment process, the system will ask the mode of payment. Select the cash option and proceed. Challan will be displayed. Down load 3 copies and pay in the designated bank, 2 copies will be retained by bank and the 3rd will be given back duly acknowledged by the bank.

Thanks for the reponse Sir. But there are only two options which I can see. There is no cash payment option available on my dashboard.
In case of mode of payment it gives me two options that is ICICI Net banking and ICICI Card payment..
How do I proceed now?
