pay package for newly qualified CA

16 October 2009 Sir,

i am working as an Asst. Accounts Officer in a Govt. company,my gross pay will be nearly 40000pm,iam also completed my CA final one group,another one group is pending.

Now, my query is, whether it is necessary to pay much attention to pass CA exam,since iam drawing 40000 pm,is it really worth to me(to qualify CA) or not,if iam qualified,what is the pay packagesfor newly qualified CAs.

It is good to hear that you are earning good salary eventhough you are yet to clear CA Exams.
In my opinion money is not the only factor which encourages one to do CA.The kind of respect and the name is also important.
In my opinion if you clear your exam you will surely will get the higher package in the same industry.
