dear sir,
greetings. I'm siddaraja. a private tutor, even im working in a school too.past six years, I'm working. im 27 years old. problem is;I'm planning to buy a new site by home loan. but all are saying to get home loan at least we want to be past three years tax payer. still i dint paid any tax. last two months before only i registered in PAN. even i hv pan card too. now wt i want to do? how i can convince bank in my case? otherwise shall i pay previous years taxes now?! is it worthy and valid? pls suggest me.

normally, all the financial institutions ask for the tax returns. so kindly file return for FY 2012-13, FY 2013-14 to start with. FY 2011-12 can be filed only after approaching your AO.
