29 March 2017 can I recover the password of my client through my net banking account? also password recovery through oltas CIN under OTP option to recover password is showing invalid data even when the details entered for challan are correct... why? plz reply ASAP

30 March 2017 Net Banking Log in is possible only when the PAN of Account holder and PAN of assessee are same. You cannot login into another person's e-filing account with your net banking facility. OLTAS otp facility works when you mention the TDS/Self Assessment/Advance Tax Detail accurately.

31 March 2017 Another option i prefer is to pay Rs. 10/- self assessment tax and try to recover password in after 2-3 days with that challan. Will definitely work. Its my practical experience..
