Password of co. forgot and mail id too

we have forgot password and mail id too. but dept . given cpc ref.
told do online request for refund.
is there any process to get refund offline in our account.

You may login through net Banking into incometaxefilling.gov.in for password reset

Go to efiling site click on forgot password & u can give new mail id and u can rest the password but it will take 48 hours yo reset using alternative mail id

I think it dept keeping everrytthing based on dsc. This is not a good sign. Even gst tooo. By dsc. Making mre trouble for employee.

Alternative One option is more left with you that send a mail to income tax site stating you problem, then they ask for some soft copy of document which are PAN of Company, PAN of Director, Incorporation Certificate of Company, within 3 month electricity/Telephone Bill, Letter in company letter head authorising Director. Then send all the required document and the will provide you password reset link.
