I hv heared that passing criteria at all 3 levels of the CA course has been changed to 55% marks in aggregate and 45% for individual papers w.e.f. Nov 2012.
It is correct or wrong? I hv not found any notification on the site of ICAI.

There is no such notification. The passing criteria is still the same.
