21 January 2011 A partnership firm was registered. Before starting the business the partners had difference of opinion and they want to cancel the registration.

What is the procedure for canceling the registration of firm?

21 January 2011 No solution othe than to execute a dissolution deed and file the required form (differ from state to state) to the Inspector General of Registration commonly called as Registrar of Firms.
