Sir A PArtnership firm was constituted in 1992 and got registered its deed in registrar, but after that some changes in partnership firm say name of partner, address of partner & firm etc. How to address these compliance requirement,

Approach one clerk at your concerned Registrar of Firms.
Tell him your "story" and he will give a particular form to effect the changes.

Even change in adress and other details have to be updated in PAN card also

Form B for change in address of partnership Firm and Form E i.e. notice of change in constitution for change in parntership firm.
