Partnership formed on 26/05/2011 and registered in act
on 31.05.2015 one partner gave his resignation and other partner of firm accepted his resignation
now we are standing on 29.04.2016 date
what is the procedure to give effect the above
partners need to effect retirement on 31.05.2015 only
