26 November 2014 if i am an assessee. i want to start partnership firm but i need not require any office, because i have majorly woked online from residence. whether without business place on residential address i can make partnership deed ?

26 November 2014 then u can mention ur residence as ur firm address if no seperate office is mentioned.

whether bank can open our bank account on the basis of partnership deed with mentioned residential address ?

Whether there is compulsory to take shop establishment certificate for the business of online website service ?

Beacuse assesee is working from residence.
