if i am an assessee. i want to start partnership firm but i need not require any office, because i have majorly woked online from residence. whether without business place on residential address i can make partnership deed ?

then u can mention ur residence as ur firm address if no seperate office is mentioned.

Whether there is compulsory to take shop establishment certificate for the business of online website service ?
Beacuse assesee is working from residence.
