Can a partnership firm carry business other than what is mentioned in notarised partnership deed ?
Note that all partners are in consensus with this change in operation. Also, please suggest legal implications if such deed is registered.

Is it necessary ? i mean, since deed is not registered and all partners agree for such change in business, still there is need to alter ?

still in case for future refrence and as a legal evidence on record that all partners have agreed for same an evidence is available for same.
