NEW AMENDMENT AS PER FINANCE ACT 2009
PARTNER REMUNERATION OF FIRST 300000 BOOK PROFIT 150000 OR 90% ,
BALANCE PROFIT 60%
IS APLICABLE NO A FIRM OTHER THAN PROFFESSIONAL FIRM ? AS PER SECTION 40

IF NO THEN PLEASE TELL ME ITS LIMIT
