can partner claim less remuneration than that mentioned in deed. e.g. my firm contain a provision that both partner shall be entitled salAry of 10000 per month. whether firm can pay 2000 instead of 10000 or can pay only and only 10000 per month

there should not be any bar on this. if you wish to claim lower expenses, tax officer should not have any issue at all
