As per the F.Y.2009-2010 partne'r remunration slabs are changed. Is is necessary for the partner to amend the partnership deed in order to claim remunration as per the new slab ?

AGREE..YES WILL HAVE TO AMEND THE PARTNERSHIP DEED.

yes change it and this time add a clause like:
Partners remuneration so and so and subject to the changes in the relevant section in the IT act for the relevant previous year...
No need to change deed every year...
