27 March 2015 Hello experts, I want to ask whether Part time job can be considered as income from other sources? secondly,iif a person has Tds deducted from Salary but tds has not been deposited in the employees name, then what are the options available while filing return to justify the income? Since salary cnt be shown can it be shown as part time job income?

27 March 2015 1. it will be income from other sources if most of time is invested in earning salary income.

2.there is no option as its mandatory to deposit the same in name of employee.
