21 April 2010 Can a Part time COP Holder provides services for his client for applying DIN , DSC, PAN, TAN etc., Getting Registration for Service Tax, Excise Tax, LLP, Company and like.

21 April 2010 As per my opinion , yes. These types of services can be rendered by any part time cop holder. These services not required any professional qualification and certificate. In market, many person work for these services having no professioanl qualificaton.

One more doubt regarding this, for providing these services can a Part Time COP holder issues invoices to the client from his Proprietorship Concern.?

12 September 2015 But invoice with firm name is not possible as part time COP holders can not have their own sole proprietory firm registered with ICAI. correct me if i am wrong.
