We have changed the name of our company and are planning to convert our company into a limited liability partnership. Please let me know the procedure to change the PAN & TAN details.

Have to change the following;
* Name of organization
* Company to LLP

Please reply at the earliest.

18 November 2011 Submit a Correction Form with the prescribed Document.

18 November 2011 you can't submit correction form...you are required to make new application[as status of llp(firm)] for new pan,tan...and surrender earlier pan,tan(name of the company)...because you will not find column of change status of category of persons in pan correction form

But in this case will the previous years for which returns have been filed and the upcoming years be linked., i.e. Will the organization appear as a separate entity?

19 November 2011 change of pan card can not change the validity of previous return filled... previous return filled will also valid as status of a company
