take acknowlwdgment of submission !

13 August 2011 Write a letter to the concerned Income Tax Officer or the Assessing Officer stating there in the reasons for surrendering the PAN Card. Do not forget to enclose the PAN Card in original. At the same time do not forget to take the acknowledgement for submission of PAN Card as surrendered with the application
