Isn't it obvious that the querist doesn't have access to the PAN card. Otherwise, there won't be a need to ask this query!
Regardless, it would be of great help if you could share ways of knowing DOB/DOI on the basis of PAN and Name. Would help many among us as many times we get clients without PAN card but only name and number.
