13 April 2016 Whether PAN Card can be issued in the name of News Paper or its editor ? If yes then please Provides related procedure including documents required.

13 April 2016 What is the form of organisation of NEWSPAPER?
If it is proprietor, then PAN is to be applied for in the name of the individual who is owning the newspaper.
If it is firm.......apply pan in the name of firm and so on so forth

The question really suggests how seriously, now a days, the CA ARTICLESHIP is done. Quantity seems to have been superceded the Quality. The mechanics of "getting through exam" has mushroomed like anything..... anyway....that is life and we must help them as torch bearers.
