Is there any site where we can get PAN details if we have only PAN number and nothing else? Please mention and attach a link (if possible).

You can only get the name of the PAN holder as per Income Tax Database by mentioning the PAN.

Go to above link of ITNS 280. Fill it with correct PAN and give dummy data in rest of the fields. When you proceed in the next page you will see the name as per Income Tax Database.

www.incometaxindia.gov.in. at payment taxes online option by entering pan no for chalana no 280 and fill necessary information required at like a.y, nature of payment,address, postal pin code, payment banker name(these details you can provide any thing) and then click proceed button you get the name of the pan holder.
