If an amount has been received by company from Client through epayment gateway Rs 300000... Whether PAN Card requirement is mandatory ?

Epayment getways settlement happen through bank mode only. so PAN requirement may not apply for this transaction

While opening the bank account "KYC" norms are adhered to and hence while effecting the payment through payment gateway, PAN is not asked.
