my client is having prop. business at delhi and is having pan no. at address of chennai. if i'll file his return manually then assessment if taken place will be held at which place???

At Chinnai. For getting the assessment done at any other place other than Chinnai you have to get the assessment records transferred to the place where you want and to do so first you have to change the address of the PAN Card and then by writing a letter to the concerned Chief Commissioner of Income Tax with a copy to the CCIT of the new place.
