19 August 2016 Inadvertently at the time of application of PAN status has been selected as Trust instead of AOP. Later online I. T. return was filed as AOP. But the CPC has processed the return as trust and demand has been raised.

What are the remedies is available?

19 August 2016 make the application for CHANGEs in PAN and get it changed... (The number may not get changed but the status will get changed in PAN database....) Then you can apply for rectification
