Does Provident Fund registration attract any negative repercussions as far as trade union formation etc. are concerned? This is in context of Pvt. Ltd. Co. engaged in transport & logistics business operating in Maharashtra. Please advise.

Once you are employing more than 20 workers in transport business then you are to deduct and pay PF. So employ contract workers.
