19 July 2012 Can a company authorise to operate its bank account by persons not related to company??

Yes, you can authorise any person to operate bank account by Board Meeting. There is no restriction to do so.

I think, no need to case study for this, the Board can authorise any person.

21 July 2012 Yes the Company may authorise any person other than Board of Directors to operate the Bank Account, by way of Board Resolution.

21 July 2012 Normally, the Board should authorise the person who is in the employment in the company.
