Yes, you can authorise any person to operate bank account by Board Meeting. There is no restriction to do so.

Yes the Company may authorise any person other than Board of Directors to operate the Bank Account, by way of Board Resolution.

Normally, the Board should authorise the person who is in the employment in the company.
