last year closing balance its not matching this year opening, kindly let us know how to match

Check Properly, I think U r giving wrong to & from date. Or if ur software is alike that that u have to put op. bal. manually then check whether u have done any mistake in writing up the op. bal.

please check whether any backdated entry has been passed after finalization of the books for previous year.

pls check the balance with you old data and trace the diff amount after that if you make entry when you make B/S. PLS REMEBER THAT.
