dear sir which documents required for open new partnership firm.and give me how much capital should be brought by partner.

To open a new partnership firm minimum 2 partners are required and 1st you have to prepare a partnership deed on the Stamp Paper (Stamp Paper value based on the State in which the partnership is registered). Partnership Deed contains the details about the partnership, capital, remuneration and other clauses. After preparing for Partnership deed you can apply for PAN and open Bank Account

After retirement of 1 partner minimum 2 partners should be there. For Retiring a partner Retirement Deed has to be prepared on Stamp Paper. Import Export business can be done is partnership. You need to obtain Import Export Code after forming the Partnership to do import export business in partnership.
