Sir,
If we sales online mean to say that any one download audio or video book for own website for that we charge 499 INR in that case whether we charges services tax or vat.
Kindly guide me.

vat should be 5% or its depend from which city or state client is downloading our audio or video book

you have to charge vat according to consignor place vat act.
