09 April 2016 while filling filling of From 35 of income tax site for appeal to CIT from uploaded 100% but No receipt of the same has been generated. how can i check whether from 35 submitted or not

It should be there.

09 April 2016 Please file it once again. It is shown under submissions. Something has gone wrong. it seems.

10 April 2016 If the same thing repeats, then proceed on to file the form MANUALLY. The department is generous enough to accept the form no 35 physically in such cases.
