Old invoice returned after 6 months

this is my sales value 10000 tax value 1450
2000 sale return was done in this month (six months back invoice) so the party did not return Tax amount
now i am going file my vat return
net sale 10000-2000=8000
then tax on 8000 was 1160
is it correct? because i collected tax 1450 but i am showing 1160
please clarify me

for which amount should i file for vat return 10000 or 8000
if i show 10000 then what about 2000
if i show 8000 then out put tax was wrong
