11 February 2015 I Had Filed Income Tax Return For A.y 12-13 &13-14 Manully Mr & Mrs (Buisness Return) Itr -4 their are seprate firm, with all documents & tds Certificate & Bank Statement etc. But they are not Sign befor me I Had Submit it
But mrs had teken objection to filed foulty return the signature is mismatch All Assestment are Cleared & Refunds Recived From I.T What should i do ?

11 February 2015 what is the I T Rule. The Signature is taken of Assessee Before Authorised Person

11 February 2015 It is basically a verification. Try to understand the difference between a mere signature and verification.
If it is proved that the verification is done by a person other than the assessee, the case would fall under Indian Penal Code.
Be careful.
