Can a company do a business only which is not its main object but covered in only in other objects of the company.

Yes, Company can do but there are certain procedure before starting such object depending upon the status of the Company.
For Pvt Company by passsing Board Resolution while in Public o. central Govt approval is required.
For Pvt Company by passsing Board Resolution while in Public o. central Govt approval is required.
