30 July 2013 if assessee is not resident then not taxable.

01 August 2013 Dear Tushar,
I would like to explain in detail the case is.
1. Person is having NRI status and working outside India say Bhutan and his Professional fees is deposited in his Indian NRE account from head office US. As this income is first time received in India, so I feel it is taxable. What is your opinion over this.

01 August 2013 it is not taxable as i said above that for NRI foreign income is not taxable.

Moreover it is a case of transferring income already earned and taxed outside india.

It is not application of income.

30 September 2013 If it is not taxed out side India, it is first time received in India from US, will it be taxable
