One of my friend is working in Sharjah since last 3 yrs and he want to file a return in India. can he file ?Is it taxable in India ?
Under which resident status he has to file the said ?

09 February 2015 if he has no indian taxable income then no foriegn income is taxable.

For the home loan purpose he want to file a return of last 3 years, so under which status he has to file and he should have to show the total income ? then what about tax ? pls. put your comment.
