Notification to give attempt earlier

17 July 2013 i have heard from many of my friend that person can give his final attempt 6 months earlier.
i completed my ipcc first group in may 2012 & second group in nov 2012.Date of joining article was 21/8/2012.My actual attempt will be on may 15 but my friends saying i can give attempt in nov 14.is there any notification for this ?

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this you will be eligible for May 2015.
